Terms and conditions
1) SUBJECT
This contract concerning of the goods is concluded between a company registered in France and a consumer, within the framework of a mail-order selling.
2) APPLICABLE LAW
The rights and obligations of the partIes are controlled by the French law.

4) CHARACTERISTIC OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES PROPOSED
Geographical area of cover of the offer: France and International except for the country where rights can involve prohibitions or constraints according to the consumer protection.
Geographical area of delivery: France and International. The delivery is ensured by the Post office. The address of delivery should not be a P.0. box; if such were the case, the order could not be taken into account.
Delivery period: the deadlines can vary according to the destination and the period of the year. In general, they are of J+2 on France and of J+4 on the following countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland). Nevertheless, they cannot be over 30 days. Except case of absolute necessity Balthazar Ondopolis could not be held responsible for the delays within the delivery periods. The risk of transport is supported by the shipper in the event of loss, deterioration or spoliation. The addressee will have in this case to refuse the goods.

The photographs illustrating, with the support of the text, the products, do not enter into the contractual field. If errors were introduced there, in any case the responsibility of the company could not be committed.
5) PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The prices indicated are those in force at the time of the consultation by the customer and can be modified, thereafter, without previous notice.
The selling prices are expressed in euro VAT included.
The products are fixed with the French VAT, country of origin of those. In the Member States of the European Union, the products are sold VAT included. In the countries out of the European Union, the products are sold excluding VAT.
Customs duties to destination: the possible customs duties to destination to discharge are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery costs: they are calculated in relation to the destination.
6) ACCEPTANCE Of the OFFER
The systems of automatic recording of the tradesman are regarded as being worth proof of the nature of convention and its date. The data of the order appear on a summary screen that the consumers can print starting from his navigator.
7) CONFIRMATION BY ELECTRONIC MAIL (E MAIL)
The consumer will receive by electronic mail a confirmation indicating that his order was indeed recorded.
8) TIME OF RETRACTATION
The time of retractation is seven working days for the goods, as from the day of their reception by the consumer. In the event of retractation, the transport charges and other expenses (customs) for the return of the products to Balthazar Ondopolis, are the responsibility of the purchaser. The refunding of the products only is due, within 30 maximum day, with reception of the products to Balthazar Ondopolis, provided that it is not noted any anomaly or hidden vice on the products. If it was so, Balthazar Ondopolis reserves the right not to refund the customer.
9) GUARANTEES
The purchaser benefits from the legal provisions as for the guarantee against the vice one hidden.
10) PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information about the consumers is intended for Balthazar Ondopolis. The consumer has a right of access, of modification, correction and suppression of the data relating to it (art. 34 law "Informatique et Libertés"). 11) PAYMENT OF THE LITIGATIONS
The parts are appropriate that the different ones which have suddenly occurred with the continuation or the present contract could be subjected to the mediation of the center of mediation and arbitration of Paris (CMAP). If the mediation would not succeed, the litigations will be competence of the jurisdiction of Montpellier (34) in France.
